This is a lovely old Victorian 'Captain's' house from 1862. It is full of character.
Very quiet location, 2 mins from the Pier in Garth up a tiny cul-de-sac opposite The Boatyard pub.
There are six bedrooms, all but one have double beds. There are 2 bedrooms to let at the moment (one room with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed). The other 4 rooms, with double beds, are available from July 1st 2024. I will consider single applicants or small groups, and I am looking for fixed tenancy periods of 9 to 12 months. This is a student house, which is why it it is advertised only on Studentpad.
