This kitchen is an ideal place to get together for a dinner party, a chat and a coffee or a few glasses of Prosecco. Leading off the kitchen there is a chill out room with a leather sofa, Ikea chair and a Smart TV, included in the price. The whole house has been tastefully decorated by our team, including inspirational artwork and beautiful mirrors.
We have just installed a brand new Super fast Broadband with a Plusnet booster for each floor in September 2024.
All six bedrooms have quality Ikea double beds and will have brand new mattress protectors for September 2025. In each bedroom there is an Ikea double wardrobe and Ikea chest of draws with plenty of storage space. We will also provide Ikea desks, chairs and brand new Ikea light fittings. The bedroms are newly plastered and painted minimalist chalk white with brand new oak laminated flooring, so that it's easy to clean. Two brand new shower rooms have been installed, including an impressive double power shower, double glass sliding doors and a brand new Italian porcelain suite. The shower rooms have also been freshly tiled with large industrial cement effect tiles.
The property has been properly insulated and has a new energy efficient boiler, new radiators throughout and double glazing.
There is a courtyard to the back of the house which is ideal for Summer BBQ's and also has a bike shed, with access from a rear lane. Enjoy the quiet patio space, listening to the bamboo leaves rustling in the breeze. This is our chill out zone.
Storage is available over the Summer for a small fee.
We offer a 10 month contract, rather than the standard 11 months. So you save a fortune!
