Take a look at our newly renovated five double bedroom house, with two excellent brand new shower rooms which includes a bath.

This is a spacious and warm property with each bedroom a good size double. All five bedrooms have comfortable double beds and mattressess from the Swedish store and we have brand new mattress protectors fitted for each new tenancy. Every bedroom has a double Ikea wardrobe, Ikea chest of draws, modern desk and chair, a large ornate mirror and brand new curtains and Ikea light fittings. The rooms will all be freshly painted and professionally for the new term in 2026. The whole property has brand new flooring, with light grey oak in all bedrooms and shared living areas as well as a fitted grey carpet for the stairs and landing.

In the kitchen we have installed a range of glossy white units, including a new oven, hob and stainless steel extractor and a new dishwasher. For 2026 there will be two fridge freezers in the house.  We have also fitted a washer dryer for your convenience.

Our designer bathrooms have power showers. The upstairs shower room has a brand new double shower and porcelaine bathroom suite. There is plenty of hot water at all times as the new condensing boiler is energy efficient and powerful. This property is also well insulated and has excellent eco credentials. The living room is comfortable and spacious and has a selection of Ikea sofas and chairs. We have also provided a Samsung Smart TV in the living room which is included in the rent.

We understand the importance of super fast and reliable broadband and therefore we have ensured that we have the fastest speed available on the street. We have just installed a Full Fibre 900 package with Plusnet,which is a reputable and a customer friendly provider. The Download speed is estimated at 900 Mb/s, Upload speed 115 Mb/s and Minimum guaranteed Speed is 500 Mb/s. This is four times faster than your average speed.

Gas, Electric and Water is included in the rent. The holding deposit will be transferred towards the security deposit.
