We've also installed a dishwasher and a new washing machine and a new tumble dryer.

The kitchen and living room is open plan, so it's a sociable house and a great place to chill out with friends. There's even a Smart flat screen TV included in the price! As it's a 5 bed, we've installed two great shower rooms with piping hot water at all times, thanks to the brand new condensing boiler. We also have super fast broadband included in the price, the fastest available on the street with a booster for every floor.

If you like cycling or watersports, there is access from the back with a great shed, for either socialising or storage. We also have a covered area at the back to shelter your canoe or bike from the elements.
