The house is let on an all inclusive basis. All rooms have a double bed with a range of facilities from a bedroom with wash hand basin to double bedrooms with full shower en-suites to suit groups with varying budgets. The lounge comfortably seats a group of 6 and comes with a 40" TV included. Unlimited Fibre Extra Broadband (80/20) is provided with hard wired RJ45 Cat5 connectors and TV Points in each bedroom and the Lounge. The Kitchen includes an oven/hob, 1 fridge freezer, 1 undercounter freezer, 1 microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and an undersink waste disposal unit. For security, CCTV cameras record all entry points into the house and access to the app will be given to the tenants. At the front there is a patio area with a picnic table, a Sheffield Toast Rack bicycle rack and a dedicated bin area. There is a small patio area to the front with a path leading to Glanrafon Hill.

The house is self managed by the landlord with Contracts and Guarantors handled by a local Letting Agency. The Holding Deposit will be converting to the Security Deposit once the contract is signed.
