Every year the house has undergone a programme of improvements in consultation with the students who reside at the property in order to improve it for future tenants! This is achieved by giving students a questionnaire whereupon they are given the opportunity to comment on what they think of the landlord, what they like about the property, and what should be the landlord’s priority for future investment.
Answers include what they liked about the property, e.g. location, quality of the house, facilities, and outdoor seated area. The students who were in the house in 2023 were the latest to return for the 2024/2025 term.
In 2024 the students have received a new SONY 43 inch Ultra High Definition TV in the lounge as a thank you for returning for a further year, along with a new triple bin they asked for to assist with recycling.
