Our Studentpad website offers a powerful and user friendly search engine to market your properties. You have access to web based property management software where you can respond to enquiries and viewing requests online and you can also see the number of hits your adverts receive.

• Fees are due annually, covering the period December–November and can be paid from October onwards.
• Adverts go live as soon as all relevant documentation has been received and processed.
• Properties or spare rooms can be re-advertised at any time during the year.

The cost of registering with the Student Housing Office is £22, plus £16.50 advertising fee per property. All fees expire at the end of November.

For larger developments, with more than 12 bedrooms, please contact us for details.

We are unwilling to advertise for large letting agencies, or to display their contact details on landlord adverts. However, if landlords use a managing agent, we do allow landlords to refer potential tenants themselves.

Once registered you will need to forward the following to us:

• Evidence of HMO Licensing (or exemption) with Local Authority
• Evidence of Registration and (at least) application for Licence (where applicable) with Rent Smart Wales. Contact RSW and/or the Student Housing Office for details.

You can then make your payment directly via Studentpad.
